Who Are We? JCI Cape Breton is part of a national organization, with active chapters from coast to coast. Our chapters and our members are affiliated with Junior Chamber International, a world wide federation of young leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs. We are Canada's premier youth leadership development organization. Our Membership Our membership consists of young, dynamic individuals wishing to become actively involved in our community. We provide members the opportunity to develop solid business, leadership and entrepreneurial skills that will bring benefit both personally and professionally. Our members participate in a variety of programs and networking opportunities. Our Mission To contribute to the advancement of the Cape Breton and global community by providing the opportunity for young people to develop their leadership skills, social responsibility, entrepreneurship and fellowship necessary to create positive change. We will accomplish this by energizing, organizing and enabling young professionals and the community in general, by acting as the leading voice for youth. We will support and or implement youth retention and retraction strategies, to foster an environment where young professionals can thrive.
